It is absolutely an enormous life-time experience, to sit in one of Aristophanes plays and watch the "plot" enrolling. It is NOT JUST theatre. It is multimedia, a very- well thought VIDEO GAME, with multiple platforms and levels. It is unique to witness that on the theatre scene, provided there are NOT any digital means and post-production used....Aristophanes plays with your mind, he stimulates your neurons to create douzains of sets, scenes, feelings, notions and ideas within some minutes. His language has a inimitable style, he invented HUMOUR and he is spraying it over the social criticism and civil manifestation of his plays. This summer in GR-Land two one-of-a kind productions of "LYSISTRATA" and "BIRDS" are touring in the open, (ancient or new) theatres, all around the country.
